Cisco's love for technology was evident from a young age. He pursued his passion, earning an Associate in Computer Science from Los Angeles Valley College. His career took off as a software engineer at Docstoc, where he honed his skills in .NET technologies and Windows Store Apps. Docstoc acquisition led him to Intuit, where he worked on acquisition funnel optimization and integration with Intuit systems.

In 2015, Cisco joined GreenShield as a Senior Software Engineer, where he developed services using Scala Akka and deployed infrastructure in AWS. His work at GreenShield was instrumental in the company's acquisition by private equity fund Knight and Bishop.

Cisco's passion for startups was ignited during his tenure at Startup Labs UCLA, where he served as a mentor for three years. He guided students on the software architectural side of their startups, sharing his expertise and insights to help them navigate the complex world of tech entrepreneurship.

In 2020, Cisco founded SAMO Technologies, a testament to his love for startups and his belief in the power of technology to drive change. Throughout his career, Cisco has demonstrated a deep understanding of serverless infrastructure and microservice message-driven development. He has worked extensively with AWS technologies and Microsoft Azure Clouds, using Golang and C# as his primary tools.
